From Sec. 3101.01 of the bill, via Towleroad.com: �A marriage may only be entered into by one man and one woman. Any marriage between persons of the same sex is against the strong public policy of this state. Any marriage between persons of the same sex shall have no legal force or effect in this state and, if attempted to be entered into in this state, is void ab initio and shall not be recognized by this state. The recognition or extension by the state of the specific statutory benefits of a legal marriage to non-marital relationships between persons of the same sex or different sexes is against the strong public policy of this state. Any public act, record or judicial proceeding of this state, as defined in section 9.82 of the Revised Code, that extends the specific statutory benefits of legal marriage to non-marital relationships between persons of the same sex or different sexes is void.�

... The iPhone is a great piece of kit, but this software update is a great disappointment. Generally I know where I am, so the psuedo GPS thing is something I can't see myself using (and to be honest if I didn't know where I was, then I'm pretty damn sure that there wouldn't be any O2 coverage anyway!).
What would have been great was simple functionality... like if someone texts you a number, I'd like to save it to an existing (or new) contact. Similarly I might like to text (or email) someone one of my contacts numbers.

Note: I do not endorse anything I say in this post, and as such cant be held liable if you stupidly follow my advice, which is to be taken with a pinch of salt.
visit the house on the pretense that your a sales person selling something, or some form of public service agent - if your good at acting then the con job wont be hard to pull off...
Once you have identified the unit as being yours, attempt once again to get the police help you retrieve it. If that fails then break in and get it yourself, just make sure you do a clean job, study the family for a while to make sure you know when the house is empty or quiet. Then either drill out a lock and bash open the door, or break a window to gain access, if you have the tools pick or bump the lock as that leaves behind the least amount of evidence. Once inside retrieve your goods and leave, if you have picked or bumped the lock it will be a while before they notice. The other methods of entry will be noticed pretty quickly and increase risk on your behalf.
Once inside, just retrieve what is legally yours, nothing else unless you really want to break the law for real... bring some spray paint, a whole lot of dog **** in a big bag + 1/4 stick dynamite and what ever else you want to trash the place with. Spray up the place and then the cherry on the cake is putting the stick in the **** placing it in the center of a room lighting and run :)

They are currently sorted into the four categories first, and then alphabetically in those categories. It seems Lion is throwing everything together and doing away with categories

It's quite simple. AMD bought ATI. If Apple wants to use ATI GPUs in their computer, then I guess they have to talk to AMD now (at least for pricing, orders, etc).

When I first saw OSX I was blown away :D and looking though my geek pics found a screen shot from my G4 Cube in cannot remember if the screenshot from 2001 was 10.0 or 10.1 as that cube came with OS9 and had them both 10 beta and 10.1 installed, anyway though I would share a screenshot of my desktop now and then then :D

Can anyone remember the name of the iTunes player in the pic from 2001? it had LOADS of skins and the particular one in the pic! used to sink into the desktop when you clicked the screen or on another program, does anyone know if they brought it back to life? I miss that player SOOOOO MUCHHHHH :(

I see. It's a sequence of versions but they decided to start at a a certain level of windows development or possibly a grouping of versions by category. i always wondered about that.
The internal kernel version ID for Vista is Major.Minor = "6.0".
The next major release after "6.0" would be "7" - hence "Windows 7".

Bull. I had a girlfriend in high school get fired from OfficeMax for being $100 off where she had been working for almost a year. Unfortunately some guy came in that day, paid for two computers and a printer with $100 bills (total was something like $2500, as this was the late 90's). She counted it twice, but apparently one was missed. Corporate policy stated that she could only be off by less than $5 at the end of her shift.
She didn't pocket the money and her manager knew that she didn't, but she still lost her job. Company policy.

I've had several friends who have had jobs as cashiers at a plethora of different retail outlets, and 80% of them have made the unfortunate mistake of coming up short on their register. Not one of them ever got fired. The worst that happened was a friend was suspended without pay for a week while they investigated the incident, but when they found no evidence of malicious intent, they closed the case and brought him back on board. But, I guess it depends on the company.

And then maybe if there's enough time, I'll force them to watch Dark Planet or that episode of Battlestar Galactica 1980 where the kids go up in a tree and turn invisible and start throwing apples at the people down below and they have those ridiculous viper bikes.
